Terms and Conditions for Manning Company Bespoke Tailors Referral Program

INTRODUCTION

  • 1.) In the following terms and conditions, the following parties shall be denoted as given below
  • a. Manning Company Bespoke Tailors-- (Manning Company)
  • b. Current CUSTOM-MADE Client of Manning Company Bespoke Tailors-- (Customer A)
  • c. New CUSTOM-MADE Client of Manning Company Bespoke Tailors -- (Customer B)
  • d. Gift voucher to be delivered to Customer A -- (Gift Voucher A)
  • e. Gift voucher to be delivered to Customer B -- (Gift Voucher B)

REFERRAL PROCESS

  • 2.) In the event that Customer A refers Customer B to Manning Company, and Customer B places a CUSTOM-MADE order to be manufactured and fulfilled by Manning Company, Manning Company will need to create two gift vouchers: Gift Voucher A and Gift Voucher B
  • a. Gift Voucher A shall be delivered to Customer A.Gift voucher A will be valued at 10% of the total CUSTOM-MADE product value of Customer B’s first order.
  • b. Gift voucher B shall be delivered to Customer B. Gift Voucher B will be valued at 5% of the total CUSTOM-MADE product value of Customer B’s first order.
  • #3. Manning Company staff as a current CUSTOM-MADE client of Manning Company must verify Customer A. Customer A must have a valid Custom-Order file and/or paper pattern with Manning Company.
  • a. Manning Company staff as a new CUSTOM-MADE client must verify customer B. In order to be considered a new CUSTOM-MADE client, Customer B must neither have a valid Custom-Order file nor a paper pattern with Manning Company.
  • b. In the referral process, Customer B must identify Customer A as the referrer. If Customer A is not identified before order completion, then no gift vouchers will be issued upon satisfactory completion of order.
  • c. Customer B must provide the full name and telephone number or email of Customer A to verify the referral. If Customer B is unable to provide Customer A’s details before order completion, then no gift vouchers will be issued.
  • d. Referrals cannot be retroactively applied.

VALUE OF VOUCHERS

  • 4.) The value of gift voucher A shall be calculated as 10% of the total custom made product value of Customer B’s FIRST ORDER ONLY. The value of gift voucher B shall be calculated as 5% of the total custom made product value of Customer B’s FIRST ORDER ONLY. Subsequent orders SHALL NOT BE counted towards the value of the gift vouchers.
  • a. Customer B’s “First Order” can include any Manning CompanyCUSTOM-MADE products ordered within 3 days inclusive of the initial order day. The final value of all Manning CompanyCUSTOM-MADE products in this “First Order” will count toward the value of gift vouchers.
  • b. Any CUSTOM-MADE product order placed after this 3 days period will be written up as a new order. This new order will not be counted towards the value of the gift vouchers.
  • c. Extra surcharges that affect the physical appearance of final product (ie. Button styles, contrast collar, extra size charge, hand stitched shirt charge etc.)WILL BE counted towards value of gift vouchers.
  • d. Extra charges that do not affect the final product appearance (i.e. Tax, VAT, duty, shipping, shipping insurance etc.) WILL NOT BE counted towards value of gift vouchers.

GIFT VOUCHER ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY

  • 5.) The gift vouchers shall be created by Manning Company within 2 weeks of satisfactory delivery of CUSTOM-MADE products from Manning Company to Customer B
  • a. Satisfactory delivery includes
  • i. Customer B personally trying on the products and taking delivery in the Manning Company store.
  • ii. Email or telephonic confirmation that order is satisfactory.
  • b. In the event of lack of any confirmation from Customer B, Manning Company will presume the satisfactory delivery 2 weeks after the delivery date to proceed with the issuance of gift vouchers.
  • c. In the event of dissatisfaction with order, Manning Company will use its utmost efforts to solve the problem and ensure satisfaction with order. Gift vouchers will not be issued until Customer B has taken satisfactory delivery of the order.
  • d. In the event of order cancellation and/or refund of money to Customer B, Manning Company will not issue gift vouchers.
  • e. In the event of partial order cancellation, gift voucher values will be calculated using final value of delivered CUSTOM-MADE products.
  • f. In the event of fabric material replacement, gift voucher values will be calculated using final value of delivered CUSTOM-MADE products.
  • 6.) Gift vouchers will be delivered using the following methods:
  • i. Customer B personally trying on the products and taking delivery in the Manning Company store.
  • a. Physical voucher
  • In the event of gift voucher delivery failure, Manning Company will keep records of gift vouchers under each customer’s file in our computer system. Gift vouchers will be valid 1 year from issue date.

REFERRAL PROGRAM TERRITORY

7.) Manning Company Referral Program will only take place in Manning Company stores in Hong Kong and Manning Company Trunk Shows.

8.) Manning Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
